Unknown Speaker :

Happy Tuesday. Good morning, everybody. Wow, it's the 22nd of September. Yes. First day of autumn for us northern Knights. Yay. First day of spring for you Southern Knights. If you're in the southern hemisphere, but today, we have autumn and it's really autumn.

Unknown Speaker :

Yeah, it really is. It's like cool. Also, is it Bilbo Baggins birthday? Today?

Unknown Speaker :

It is. It is. Yes.

Unknown Speaker :

I always remember that. It's also ethanol 90 day. It is.

Unknown Speaker :

Yeah, it must be more than 111 D. Now.

Unknown Speaker :

I'm sorry. I don't know why I took it.

Unknown Speaker :

But you did. Yeah, it is today's Bilbo Baggins birthday. I'm just kidding. So we're gonna sing happy birthday to Bilbo. But instead, we're going to say, Wow, it's raining here. Yes. Which is we haven't had rain in a few weeks. Yeah, I

Unknown Speaker :

think so. It's been a while.

Unknown Speaker :

So I'm getting a good rain. It's cool. It's really cool. Yes, we're awake.

Unknown Speaker :

We're happy. Well, yeah. Yes. What's going on in your world? What's going on in my world? Well,

Unknown Speaker :

lots of things. Yeah. Joy. Yeah. Lots of joy. gladness. Yes. Lots of gladness. Lots of content. Lots of hope. Lots of happy. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. It's pretty nice. JACK was quite sick last week, right after his birthday. And he's on the upswing. Literally, literally, just right when I said it. Yeah.

Unknown Speaker :

Total guy. He was having a rough week. He's doing great man. Yeah,

Unknown Speaker :

he had ear infection. And he kept falling over and couldn't like he would just fall down and it was quite disconcerting, but he's doing much better now and discovered he needed a little strength training. So we have a lovely person named alabaster doing strength training with him right now. She This is part of her field of study. So it's like a little internship for her.

Unknown Speaker :

He's it's like a personal trainer.

Unknown Speaker :

Yeah, jack has a personal trainer. He does. He does a personal trainer. I don't either.

Unknown Speaker :

I'm actually grateful for that. But still, he's got lots of room to run and grow strong again. Get his legs back. Which is not bad for a 14 year old doc. Yeah. Who has outlived his parents buy yours? Mm hmm.

Unknown Speaker :

Where'd it go? jack? jack jack. We're proud of the awesome. We are

Unknown Speaker :

all asleep again. Like,

Unknown Speaker :

whatever. So we had a lovely young taurua. Yes. And rush. Rush hustle Hashanah. This weekend. It did. We got together with our little family people here.

Unknown Speaker :

Yeah, it was our first time gathered for some weeks because we, you know, you're just flexible and going with the flow.

Unknown Speaker :

And we needed to

Unknown Speaker :

not gather for just a little bit. And so we gathered and it was lovely to see everybody and the kiddos and yeah, just cast our stones into poema. And we we did we we may have probably didn't, but we may have had the biggest drum circle likely might be National Geographic. What is it? Oh, good.

Unknown Speaker :

Service. A G the beer.

Unknown Speaker :

No. Give it a world record? Well,

Unknown Speaker :

I think I think I think that's the beer that makes that But anyhow, the Guinness Book of World Records is Yeah, it's all about that kind of thing. And we were all around that.

Unknown Speaker :

The whole perimeter. Yeah. There is somebody in each. Yeah, covering each part of the perimeter. So that was incredible. And we we drummed and

Unknown Speaker :

yeah. And

Unknown Speaker :

yeah, Shannon's a hobbit had gone out and prayed ahead of time and saw like Polina was getting her song. And as we were going to do that, and so poema has a song that gets to go out to the world, just like our stones went as far as the east is from the west. Yeah.

Unknown Speaker :

What Jamal was there and she went on and on and on, about how beautiful it is there and we just it's it's nice to have that it's a great. It's great way to transition into the days of all is off and just being able to see what God did. Yeah, we have that still in that month of September, where it's been seven years since we first walked on autobahn. And so we have a before and after

Unknown Speaker :

is there is no no pond was

Unknown Speaker :

any different. Yeah, in fact, it seemed like it was a lot drier. The land was, was not a neglected, it just was really, really happy to see those that God called to steward it. And over the seven years, it's just flourishing.

Unknown Speaker :

Yeah, it couldn't be more beautiful right now. And I was getting to talk with a master beekeeper about our herbal bees. Just I learned to live so interesting. And so just got to have some conversations. They, they were such a creativity, like, I don't know, there was such a purity in the hearts. On Sunday, like, we invited everyone to bring something percussive, which I now know is actually where I thought I made it up. And very sad that I didn't but like, there was just such creativity in what people brought to. To release sound with to just invite that clapping of all of creation and having it for this year is his lines are lines have fallen in pleasant places. But it was seeing also, that we were each getting our lines to the song for this year, and just just incredible things and just I mean, people brought things from their closets from their kitchens. It was just, I don't know, it just expressed the uniqueness and creativity of him and loved every, every bit of it. And of course, I always love the trumpet and show fire blasts and yeah,

Unknown Speaker :

fall feasts are without question.

Unknown Speaker :

favorite time of year. It's just so wonderful. Across the board, but I think one of the great things is just how, in a time of you know, global pandemic, there's a lot of isolation, and you know, it's okay to put on a mask and just get together and, and be together and love God and take your mask down to blow trumpet. Mm hmm. So, yeah,

Unknown Speaker :

yeah, we were we actually went out I think, for our second time for date night. And since everything began, so to a restaurants, we went to a favorite restaurant, which just has fully reopened, they had just been doing curbside and all of that. And he was talking about, so we have a person, one of the one of the managers there has just become really dear friend of ours. Like he he has seen all of our Antartica pictures, and we've seen all of his Where did he go? Vietnam? Yeah. And food in the Philippines. Yeah, he's gone. places. So we're always swapping our pictures and that kind of thing. And he was saying how they really tried to provide a place there. Like instead of their, their staff has taken it very seriously, everything and they really want to serve not just their customers food, but consideration, which was really amazing, because that's been such a word for us. And so instead of going out and doing things throughout town where you can everything's, you know, not fully open here, but they just they hang there together and have a community there. And they're taking care of each other and looking out for each other. It's just kind of cool to get that from another perspective. So it was

Unknown Speaker :

Yeah, not to mention, just nice to be out on a date.

Unknown Speaker :

That was nice. Yeah. Just cut it down. Just cut it down. It was nice. Yeah.

Unknown Speaker :

Well, I'm praying with Papa through the season. And course now we're in the days of all and so we're praying through that. And one of the things that Papa had me taking a look at was some of the, the Hebrew perceptions of this time period and looking at the Mishnah, which we know is even so you have the oral traditions that were around before the time of Jesus. And then the temple is destroyed in 70. A dish and they they wrote the oral traditions down because of just how that doesn't First, the Hebrew people. And so in the Mishnah, they're looking at the season. And they talk about Rosh Hashanah that that whole day is about the Day of Judgment, and the books that are opened, and they actually have book of life and all those things which we know from the Psalms, and of course, from the book of Revelation. And so the book of life and the book of deeds. And so the way the Hebrew oral tradition had it, was that basically, what covenant were you in? If you're in a covenant with God, and your holy, you're in the book of life, and if you're not in covenant with God, your book of wicked, and then there's this sort of this in between where you would take the days of all and you would either change your mind and choose differently? Or you would not. So that's, that's kind of the belief system there. And so that got me kind of looking at this season, biblically. So I started praying through Papa about that. And, and of course, he takes me back to the prophet Joel, where else would you go right? And, and for those of you who have been with with him a long time, you might remember that we had a song long ago, called the day of the Lord. And it was all about the book of Joel. And then of course, the name blue flame, came from the book of Job as well. So that's the army of priests that had the blue fire that went with them.

Unknown Speaker :

I think even on our like, the donation letters, like for taxes that we send out each year. I know for many years, we had to chill to thing quoted me study. Yeah, the

Unknown Speaker :

infamous Joel to quote, which, yeah, it's just such a big part of who we are. And and Joel, Joel said many very prominent things. So we'll probably talk about that lots again. But in Joel three, verse two, it talks about the actual judgment. And, and because of just the way Papa set this up as being a springboard into the days of off, I really felt to, to look at that and that he wanted to share a covenant with us. So I went to that word, which we all know, or we should, it's a, it's an ancient word related to judgment, and it's shift thought, and shift thought is in Hebrew, Strong's 8199 It's a verb, that's the, that's the key to that is that we're not talking about a judge, but judgment are judging. And judge judging, as we know from the eight expressions of the royal priesthood is one of the eight expressions of the royal priesthood. So Shabbat is one of those. But, you know, with the covenant of a Hebrew word, Papa doesn't just want to say this is the covenant of this word, he wants us to understand that in every season, he's going to speak to us something rich, and something different. And so I really prayed with him about that, and then went through the, the Hebrew consonants of Shin pay and Tov, and, and this was really cool. Because if you if you think about how the Hebrew people see the days of all in the Mishnah, and, and it's a time of reflection, and repentance, it's a time of return. So so this is what I got with with Papa on the covenant side of Shabbat. So listen to this, it's changed by spoken testimonies, by the mature or the adults. And I realized that Papa had something in the days of all that we may, we may, we may have been waiting for the season to really see and that was the importance that in this week, we not just go introspective, because that's we go introspective, but we just forget we can further isolate ourselves, but that there's actually an a call and and even if you will, an opportunity for us to go go the opposite direction and share testimonies that that help others Yes. In their journey of all Yeah. Towards Yom Kippur War, which is the Day of Atonement. Yeah. And, and that, that people may actually make a choice in these days. And, and what a, what a lifestyle that would be, you know, to just remember that, that we can, we can, you know, not force people but We can, we can move people we can move their hearts towards something greater. Yeah. By sharing our testimonies in this season. Yeah. And, and so that really hit me like, okay, you know, I, I see that and and I really want to, to spend my week sharing testimonies. And so just you know this time just one I don't want to go into a lot on this but a little testimony detail from our date night last night, you know, is that we, we watched this becoming very popular Judo documentary about social media. And, and it really spoke to me that, you know, we want to be under the influence of papa. We don't want to be under the influence of anything else. You guys remember? I think it was this is embarrassing. I think it's terraforming resurrection are

Unknown Speaker :

very soon, that's going to be easier to do.

Unknown Speaker :

Yeah, we're going to know you better soon. But it's somewhere in the vicinity of resurrection or communion. But it was the, the chapter was driving under the influence. And it was about driving the Ferrari into while intoxicated. And and the whole point of it was being under the influence of anything but Papa and and so I just I my testimony is is that I'm today I am stronger in who I was created to be, which is a person that influences not a person that's being influenced away from papa. So if I'm going to be under the influence, I want to be influencing others, so that they may see The goodness of God. And I don't want to be influenced away from God. Because I'm looking for these places of false rest. Where I think okay, this is how I relax is by doing this, whatever it is, it can be anything. And but anything that leads us to relax that's, that's leads us away from pop as a false rest. Anything that is through pop up. You know, again, Papa can have you do Papa can have you eat a certain food, or Papa can have you do something with people, or Papa Can Have you even utilize technology. But But if he's doing it, it's always going to lead you to rest. Yeah. And if you're doing it, it may lead to lead to it may be too far away from the Jesus who said come to me and I will bring you rest. Yeah. Right. So Matthew 11. So what we want right now more than anything is, is to is to know that we want to be influencers. We don't want to be influenced away from God. And as influencers we want to walk in the priestly role of chef hot, which is to tell our testimonies, yeah, that move the hearts of others towards God, and now we've become an influencer.

Unknown Speaker :

Yeah. Yeah, there's so much he's revealing right now. And I don't know where it is either. But talked years ago about the suffix of, of jack now, the suffix ti o n. And that means under. And so whatever comes before that, it's what you're under the influence of so we can choose revelation, to be under the influence of all he reveals or infamy information under the influence of what we find for ourselves, breach your data breach in our chip, and he's just, ah, you know, I know through heartwork T's revealing so much to us. And, again, so grateful for those of you sharing your stories got one of the coolest testimonies ever, just in the past few days. And you know, the threshing bears fruit and it's, it's all about who will really let him beat us and who we really are to him. And so it's so worth it to really take some looks at you know, what, what we're being influenced by, in these days. So, as I sip my tea, I'm going to give a shout out to the lovely grafter for our little honey spoons. She sent us for our tea for morning tea, so thank you.

Unknown Speaker :

It's like a honey spoon lists. Yes,

Unknown Speaker :

Mama honey do Yeah, she didn't miss these spoons with honey honor for our morning tea. Oh, so sweet. Well, we are just like to chain coffee. on the same track this morning, whoo, whoo. Must because date night was last night. So yeah, I've been just exploring every, every feast. Because every feast is meant to take us deeper. Yes and wider. Always want to know what I didn't know? Before, like, what would he reveal this time? To me so I can live the feast out or the month out or the you know, whatever it is more fully than I have before. So, of course being in these these days it's been just a real Wow, just the greatest exploration ever. So I'm so excited by what he's, he's been showing. So, um, we are in the days of are coming towards dunka poor. And that will begin Sunday, the 27th at sundown, yes. And go to Monday, the 28th at sundown, theists and so yonka poor, Yom is day. And poor means to atone. So it's the Day of Atonement, but it's also known as the Shabbat of all shabbats. It is also known as the day of days. And so, you know, I think a lot of people can consider it the most sober day of the year. It's not, it's the holiest day of the year, that becomes the happiest day of the year like this is how it's meant to be celebrated. So Yom Kippur is referred to in Leviticus 23, verses 26 to 29. So from the root, it means to cover

Unknown Speaker :

the word is copper re

Unknown Speaker :

means covering. And this also the root is the root of mercy see an ark of the covenant. So the Ark of the Covenant is, of course, in the Holy of Holies in and that's where the priest would go on this day on Yom Kippur War. So one of the ways I'm just coming to see young capoeira is it's the day we acknowledge, he covers us. And, you know, we've talked so much about the different, you know, in the age of pandemic, we see so many epidemics, you know, so many systemic things we've been talking about for months now. And I think one of the most severe is the system of shame that we live in. And what I just come to really hold on to and young support is, this is the day he wants to heal that epidemic. He wants to remove shame, promote, and we'll talk a little more about that. But in Israel, so something about Yom Kippur War is, you don't work on Yom Kippur War in Israel, everything shuts down to this day, it still shuts down. So there's not even cars on the road. Can you even imagine a day with no cars on the road. I mean, we've seen it with less cars with, you know, everything. But all the shops are closed, the airport is closed note international travel happens on that day, the seaports are closed. So everything shuts down on your report. It is a fast day. But here's something to understand about that. It's one of six days of fast that are called specifically, and so but it's different than the other five. The other five commemorates something that happened in the past four of those being destruction of the temple, things like that. But this fast for Yom Kippur War, it's like you're fasting forward. You're fasting for the future, because you're stopping everything and letting him reveal to you what's ahead. What comes from this day of all days, this Shabbat of all Shabbat. On that day, you're making a choice about what life can look like from here. Like how will you live with this gift of atonement? How will you let it affect you? It's like such a powerful, powerful thing. And like you said, the days of are they they are a day of introspection. They're a day of repentance. But They have to be days of testimony they do because they prepare us for Yom Kippur War. And this is something Papa said to me for, for these days of this year, in the days of our we find the fullness of surrender, if we allow ourselves to live with the absence of self, or the idea that we exist separately

Unknown Speaker :

from him from each other. It's the there's a fundamentalist, fundamental aspect of selfishness, which says I exist independently. So what I do only affects me. And it says, I won't allow myself to be affected by anyone else. And the days of our remind us that we're, we're interconnected. We're meant to commune We're meant for communion. And, and we do we understand that what we do impacts another person. And we begin with we, of course, would share testimonies of redemption and restoration and just, you know, even just what it's like to be with him, like, what is that even like for you, because it's different than what it's like for me. And when we when our conversations center around that, you know, and this is I acknowledge, I am a terrible small talker, it's, it's excruciating for me to come up with small that I didn't have it. I just have like, you know, what, what he said today, what I experienced today, so I'm, I'm just miserable at it. And I apologize to everyone. I'm so bad at it. But what if there is something to that, that there isn't meant to be small talk, it's all big talk, because we're not in small days, you know, it's a big talk about what it's like to be with him, what it's like to be in his presence, and then just demonstrating it to each other. And so, these are the days of odd, they're also called days of details. So there's just a lot of details in the day. And in these days, but that means it's about all the places we find him, the days of odd are about all the places we find him and anything mundane, becomes majestic. Because he's there and it's, it's not so much about recalling our sins, you know, recounting our sins as recalling His glory. And that's what we get to tell you know, each other, and so. So we're in these days, and we come to Yom Kippur War, and we're really choosing What's life gonna look like from here, not our plans. But his presence, just what it would look like to be there every day. And, you know, the first Yom Kippur War took place after the Exodus, and from Egypt and their arrival at Mount Sinai. And of course, Moses goes and gets the love letter and sees it just written on these tablets. And remember, he came down from that mountain. And it says, in the Hebrew, that he carried the tablets, in his hand, singular, there is no weight. To that strategy of love, there is no burden in what he was carrying to the people. Because love. Love is the supernatural. It's the supernatural. People call for it, they cry out for it, and it's there, it's love, and there's no burden to deliver it fully to each other. But of course, Moses came into the presence of the People's condition and his condition came right up and shattered those sacred tablets. And then they had their first Yom Kippur War, and there was atonement and forgiveness. And God in His infinite greatness, gave Moses a second set of tablets, he wrote the letter again. And, and Yom Kippur also, it reveals Jesus as our high priest, and something interesting. And

Unknown Speaker :

what about that is when the Holy Temple stood in Jerusalem, on Yom Kippur, the high priest did all the functions. So he did everything, all the functions of the temple, even those that were done year round by the temple priests. On this day. He did all of that. He didn't sleep the night before. Just I'll let you guys all make the connections to Jesus here. He didn't sleep the night before. He was secluded the week before. And this was an exhausting act spiritually and physically, for the high priest. And understanding, though, like we know Aaron was sprinkling the blood for, you know, for everyone and want to touch on that. But many people would come to the temple on this day, it could be 10,000, it could be 100,000, it was many people would come to the temple on this day. And so they would come to take part in Yom Kippur War, and in this physical aspect of it. So, as I've been looking at it for this year, Papa has just been showing me the one flesh of young support, that there are these two portions of it. So there's two tshuva, which we love. And that, to shuba, brings a fullness of atonement through repentance. It's about repentance. And so back in the days of the Old Testament, there was a sacrifice that people brought, you know, things for sacrifice, and something was sacrificed for the people. But now, in the absence of that sacrifice, we had the greatest sacrifice, of course, in Jesus. And now, the sacrifice we bring is our repentance, we bring the sacrifice of repentance. Repentance just highlights our, like our sincere regret, of things we've done and things we didn't, you know, things we did, and things we omitted. And they said, so much of social justice and that. And we come with this resolve not to repeat it, you know, just not to repeat it, there it is this place of confession, which is basically to say, I want a change, I want a change in what's going on inside me in some way. When I'm willing to deal with the things with the acts I've done, and my failures to act, and that, you know, it's hard work, it's just the things. And to shuba, that expression says, You know what, we have responsibility for this. And we actually want to be part of that responsibility, we want to be a response to what was done on the cross, we want to be a response. So there's fullness of the cross. And so we come in this act of love, and anything confessed in love, changes everything it transforms when it comes from a place of love, not fear, not manipulation or any of those things, but just a heart just so full of love for him. And it transforms. And we begin to recognize that what we harmed we get to restore, we get to be part of that restoration, where we're active, we're participants in it. That's tissue that, yes, kind of like you. You heard the world, fix it, you know, we get to be part of that, through our repentance and through how we respond to that and to how that change becomes real in us. And, and honestly and what we will Ansel

Unknown Speaker :

I don't know that we talk about that as a concept that much because we're sowing we're reaping you know, in our field, but are we willing to Ansel, what shouldn't have been seed in the first place? What can only bring chaff? What can't bear fruit? Would we on so if we say if we speak something about someone, and it's just not true, and then maybe it was our perception for a season, but it's not true? Or it was rash? It was careless? Would we go and redeem those words? Would we go and Ansel like can't bear fruit. And that's just one example. But that's part of tissue that it's the maturity to restore what you brought into disrepair, like pulling the weed Yeah,

Unknown Speaker :

to take I soda weed instead of wheat. So I'm pulling charity, of course we would.

Unknown Speaker :

And, and unlike Gosh, if you don't think that can remove shame, to have such a trust that he's covered it that you can Go and and confess it go and uproot it. And even if that means needing to say something to another person, that's the gathered in his damn right. I mean, it's just the carrying on of that. He's so good. And now he will let us be part of the restoration. So that's the, that's the atoning. And that's the repenting, and then there's the returning. And there is a difference between the two. And this is what he really took me into. So returning is not about what we did. It isn't about the act we did, or where we didn't act. It is about us as a person, like, I'll just take it singular for a second me as a person, even though I repented. Even though the damage is fixed, it was I it was me who did it I violated I betrayed. And so I recognize that that act or not acting changed me. So in the tissue, but I recognize it changed the world in some way, it changed a person in returning, I realize it changed me. And so I recognize that how I was changed. And so on this day, God says, I forgive you. I don't just forgive what was done. I forgive you by person, I forgive you, My Bride, my child, my friend, my servant, you know, the one who's walking through all of these covenants with me, you I forgive. And this just the most beautiful thing ever. He says, I take responsibility for you. Like, the sin is taken care of over there, I take responsibility for you, young poor, on this day, he says, I affirm my love that is infinite. And I remind you how precious you are to me. And this is so powerful for me, because this is just that place of his unconditional love. And I was so blessed in my life to have a dad, who had a moment where something got confessed for me, the best way to say it, and it was something I thought there was no return from. And I wouldn't not I didn't want my dad to know. And I'll never forget. And I think of it, I said it many times every time I walk our boat on that gravel, because we lived out in the country had a gravel driveway, and I was going to close our gate. And my dad ran to me and said, Nothing you will ever do will affect my love for you or how I see you. And it was the most tangible expression I've ever had, of what Yom Kippur War is and that moment and what redemption really is and what unconditional love really has sewn into it. And and he just took me in his arms and cried with me. And it was one of the only times I ever saw my dad cry.

Unknown Speaker :

But, you know, in every way, I am so grateful that I get to have that as part of my story that I I can't forget how powerful this day is. So So on this day on Yom Kippur. He says, I affirm my love that is infinite and and how precious you are to me. And there's something I learned about Yom Kippur for for this year, and it it's the day of unlocking. It's called the day of unlocking. And is because there's a part of us that is incorruptible, always incorruptible. And I just been messed up, since I saw it and made me cry again. What is the incorruptible part of us? What is the incorruptible part? his view of us is interruptible nothing can ever corrupt how he sees us. No matter how we see ourselves, no matter how we see another person nothing corrupts his view. And so on Yom Kippur for his heart is to unlock that unlocked his view of us so we see it too. So we, we remember, there's something incorruptible in us, despite all the things of the world and all the things we've been affected by and all that we've affected in ways We didn't intend, we are incorruptible because we have a God that sees us a certain way. And so it confirms this, just this irrevocable bond with us that he has. And so what he asks of the return part of young couples just show up, just show up, and you know what you can show up, even if you didn't do the tissue of a portion, because this will lead you to that, you know, and so it's Akin, there's going to be a completion. And so you get cleansed, just by your desire to be with him. Like, how powerful is that? Yeah. How great is he were cleanse, just fire desire to be with him, and just to be there, so he can show us how precious we are to him. And in that, he'll show us the truth of our soul, the depth of our heart, all of these things, who we really are. And he'll he reveals to us here, the part that's forever pure, and he unlocks it. And he all he says is come, you know, come. And even if we didn't, like I said, even if we didn't do to shuba yet, we can feel his love. We can feel his love. And that will lead us to confess, you'll lead us to that repairing of the world. So what about those that don't show up? You know, and I was just asking Papa that when Aaron was sprinkling that blood, you know, and then Jesus, of course on the cross? Well, that was for the people who don't show up to like that is the Day of Atonement, that is that day of offering, it's for the people who don't show up yet. The people who are stagnant in something systemic in sin and choice and just a false belief. And if a place they think they're too far gone, whatever it is, or in the place where they've never come yet dzongkha porous for them to it's for that too, because you know what, sometimes even when we've confessed, there's still something we hid, you know, there's something we weren't quite ready to bring out. And it's for that, that choice, too. But for even those who didn't come yet, the affirmation still comes. And that's something now we're a part of releasing on Yom Kippur when we, when we pray, and we set that to stay aside, we're releasing the fullness of that as priests with him. There's, there's nothing in vain for anyone's voice on this day. It still happens, even if the person wants no part of it. Even if they actively are like, I want no part of this. Even if it's not embraced, it's still given that recognition of his view of the person, what it looks like to be completely blemish free and atoned for, is still given, even if it's not embraced. And it's described

Unknown Speaker :

in oral tradition as a deep volcanic eruption, that he basically uncaps the volcano on this day. And that

Unknown Speaker :

even though

Unknown Speaker :

the person isn't embracing it, he stirs it no less for them than he did for those who came. He stirs it up. Like he doesn't intrude. He doesn't override, but he still stirs it, he still gives it because one day sooner or later, it will find an expression, that atonement, that covering that redemption will find an expression in that person. And man, is that a powerful thing we could be praying for those situations that we think can't change, like, we can just pray for it to find its expression for the eruption to occur, because he's just stirring what's always been in the person because they were created by him, no matter how far they ran. And so it's that it's that removal of shame, even if the person doesn't recognize it. Um, even for those who don't come and then like I said, even if we Come, we haven't gone to tissue fit. We haven't done that part. Once we come, and we just get that view unlocked, and Gosh, don't we want everybody to have that view on lot? Don't we want to? Because I think it's true, sometimes we forgive the sin. But maybe not the sinner was still maybe aren't completely there. I forgive you for that. And they were very specific about that. But man, we get to forgive each other, like release that kind of I just forgive you. So you can see yourself differently. It's what we said about forgiveness, it requires imagination, right?

Unknown Speaker :

It requires us to see the person differently.

Unknown Speaker :

And the only way we can is if we come into His presence and let him show us that locked part that needs to be unlocked. And we get to be Yom Kippur all the time. So Yom Kippur cleanses the world and it cleanses me. We return so we can believe how much he loves us. We humbly accept that love. It gets deeper every year and more irrepressible. So his irrepressible love is going to find an expression. It can find an expression in every single person, when we will pray to that depth in that whip for someone. So as we enter towards as we head toward Yom Kippur War, we get to think about what are we really releasing? When we pray on that day? Who are we releasing, when we pray on that day? And then we get to be happy, holy, we get to find the greatest joy that we have a guide who doesn't interfere, but he does what can't be ignored. You know? And it's a day of fasting just who really needs to eat when you're satiated by the love of God. Like why do you need food? on a day when you have the greatest experience in how he sees you? Yeah.

Unknown Speaker :

That was awesome.

Unknown Speaker :

My heart is moved. Oh. I heard I

Unknown Speaker :

just had a moment. I really miss you, dad.

Unknown Speaker :

Yeah, missed by that too. Yeah. Well,

Unknown Speaker :

we're going to have a week of all Yeah.

Unknown Speaker :

Where we spend a day with our papa.

Unknown Speaker :

And he's going to

Unknown Speaker :

love us without corruption.

Unknown Speaker :

Yeah, and we are actually incorruptible

Unknown Speaker :

that's the coolest thought ever.

Unknown Speaker :

Because our God sees us. knows us knows who we really are. Yep.

Unknown Speaker :

Have a great week, everybody.

Unknown Speaker :
